Master's Thesis

The master's thesis is officially done. Final drafts have been reviewed, and all edits are made. I'm not going to make the whole thing public, but a fair bit of it may find its way into papers for future SAT conferences (with any luck).

I will, however, write a series of posts (to be cross-posted on a few blogs) that describes what I did: from the logic background needed to understand it, all the way to my final results. Before I get going on that, here's my master's paper as a wordle:

Yes, this is the new meme. I want to see all of your thesis' as a wordle. Same goes for anyone else who reads this with a thesis to share.
  Cheers

(I'll be sure to post mine once I've actually written it...)

Congratulations on finishing the thesis! I'm sure that it feels great to be done.

Although I'm a little late to this post, here is my thesis (in wordle form).

Sent it and submitted it a while ago, although we are still sorting out the publications (one has been submitted for a few months and another is nearly submitted). It was good to be done, mostly because it concluded the whirlwind that was 2008. Now for the DPhil...

Any direction for your PhD yet? Perhaps the computational complexity of carving?

It is mighty good to be finished.

Irwin: 'dt' looks quite large ;).

The PhD is likely going to be in the area of automated planning -- that'll be the topic of my internship this summer too, so it fits well.
